Shipping and Delivery is the charge for the product, personalisation, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide you with an accurate estimate.
Deliveries will occur on weekdays with our courier and weekdays and Saturday with Royal Mail. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you place your order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon. Orders you place with Cherished Gifts late on Friday afternoon or at weekend will not be processed until Monday morning. Additional charges may be added to orders if you choose or arrange a Priority delivery, Overnight and International shipping, or if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.
Delivery addresses in the highlands and rural areas may take longer for Shipping & Delivery.

We want you to be completely happy with your Cherished Gifts order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please get in touch and we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Personalised, used products, unsealed edible products, bespoke orders, or products that may have hygiene concerns such as earrings & lingerie cannot be returned unless defective.
Returned products should include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the delivery.

No liability can be accepted by Cherished Gifts for return goods damaged or lost in transport. It is recommended that you use a tracked postal service for return packages and/or ask for a proof of postage which can be obtained from Royal Mail. If your goods have arrived damaged or faulty then Cherished Gifts will refund a pre-arranged postage cost.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for Cherished Gifts to process your return.
