How long does the personalisation take?

This timescale varies from product to product, please see the product pages for more specific information.

The product I ordered has arrived damaged, or is incorrect?

Please get in contact as soon as possible by email to sales@cherishedgifts.co.uk. Where possible include a photograph showing the issue so that we can assist as fast as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order

Orders that have been personalised cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process. If you still wish to cancel the order beyond this point 100% of the order will still be charged.
